The
Scholarship Program
The TCJGA has given over $155,000 in scholarships since the program began in 1994. It started with a donation of $25,000 given to our scholarship fund from the estate of Charlie and Thelma Ireland. This, along with funds raised at our yearly Scholarship Tournament and Dinner, allow the association to give scholarships to members who qualify*. In addition, the Bob and Judy Lober Scholarship Program was established in 1994.
In 2010, in addition to general scholarships, memorial scholarships will be given in the names of: Matt Warren, Larry R. Kinney, Scott C. Cook, Vern Nelson, David J. Thompson, Al Bostwick, Herb Domres, Bob Robinson, Denton Nelson, Steve White and Brett Anable.

*Qualified members are graduating high school seniors or current college students who have been active participating members of the TCJGA for four or more consecutive years. An active member participates in enough tournaments to be eligible to play in the Championship Tournaments each year.
